The location made it easy for us to explore the city, and the map provided was a nice touch. The bed in our room was exceptionally comfortable, which helped us relax after a long day.

The family room was spacious and tidy. The kids loved the cool Bluetooth speaker! The breakfast spread was great, with tons of options including some tasty vegan treats. Just a heads up, the bathroom could use a little update, but it didn't stop us from having a lovely stay! 😊

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The kids loved the healthy children's menu, and the on-site parking was super convenient. Plus, the free Wi-Fi made it easy to keep them entertained with their favorite shows while we enjoyed some local exploration.

In my wife’s opinion, having just one spare plug socket made charging devices tricky for our large family. It would be great to have extra outlets in the rooms to accommodate all our gadgets.

fantastic access to bristol's parks and landmarks

The breakfast offering was great and the spaces inside the hotel were wonderful. additionally, being just a short stroll from the Bristol City Museum and Art Gallery and Queen Square made my weekend explorations absolutely delightful.

stayed at the novotel for one night, and it was a pleasant experience. the hotel is just a short walk from the train station, making it super accessible. our superior double room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast had a fantastic selection. michael at reception was friendly and professional, which made us feel welcome.

The Novotel provided an excellent location for my business trip, being just a short walk from the city center and easily accessible from the train station. The room was spacious and well-equipped, including a comfortable bed that allowed me to rest well. The staff was attentive and assisted me efficiently in setting up my presentation equipment, which made my work much easier.

Parking fees were quite high and should be included.

Was pretty impressed with the friendly staff who were genuinely helpful and made us feel right at home. Our room was spacious and well-equipped even had a mini fridge that was a blessing for keeping our drinks cool.
