exceptionally comfortable and fabulous hotel in a favourable position to river where there is a plenty of restaurants. spotlessly clean room and modern bathroom with a shower, hairdryers and robes. hypo-allergenic pillows, exceptionally comfortable bed. location near to pubblicato transport and train station, shops, harbour. easy walk to bristol temple meads.

We had booked a "large double bed" - room category Superior. The fact that the bed was then only 1.60 wide was very disappointing. It's impossible for two adults to sleep in it in a relaxed way. Please adapt the explanations in this regard, the term "large double bed" is misleading on the one hand, and on the other hand, the dimensions could only be found in the booking confirmation and on thorough searching, not before the booking. Too bad!!!

Very good room, comfy bed.. Great price.
Breakfast was of poor quality.Fried eggs overcooked, no marmalade No free or cheap WIFI. Receptionist lacking knowledge for airport shuttles etc. Late checking out because bank card machine wouldn't work as also happened in the bar..

The location made it easy for us to explore the city, and the map provided was a nice touch. The bed in our room was comfortable, which helped us relax after a long day.
